I've been eating here for many years for really consistent good food. You'll find great chicken, ribs, and Bar-B-Que. I'm a big fan of hot slaw and they have some of the best I have found. So I'm a big fan of their slaw dogs.

We were Brooks fans, big fans. But our last visit was very disappointing. Pulled pork very greasy, Cold slaw seem old. We tried some wings, the plain ones were great the hot ones were not but it could be an acquired taste. The people were very nice and I would give it another try next time we visit the area. This was our 4th trip. There is limited seating in the little building.

I am glad that a friend recommended Brooks to me while I was down in Muscle Shoals for the week. This was such a cute little place and super cheap. I felt like I was eating in my grandma's kitchen. I ordered a BBQ sandwich and a side of potato salad for less than $5. The sandwich was a perfect size for lunch and had just enough sauce on it to not be dry and not be too messy. The potato salad tasted home-made and left me wishing I would have ordered a larger portion. If you are ever in the Shoals - I recommend checking this place out for a quick, quality bite to eat.

Probably the best BBQ in the area, especially the ribs. The spicy slaw is also drop-dead incredible. Very small spot, so I usually get take out. Call ahead unless you have a long time to wait!

You can see the smoke and smell the awesomeness of Brooks when you drive up. Brooks has always been the best BBQ there is. Pulled Pork with Goldrush Slaw is killer! LOW-SLOW-JUST GO!
